My specialty is helping people, particularly women, struggling with frustration, helplessness, anxiety, panic, fear, and worry. These strong emotions can significantly affect your relationships.

I also help individuals struggling with the residual effects of a traumatic event. Being bullied or abused in the past can have a lasting impact on our lives. Without knowing, these experiences can manifest as anxiety, depression, flashbacks, and nightmares.

My goal is to make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. You will be in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share your feelings and concerns.

I use Depth Psychology, EMDR therapy, and other strength-based interventions to guide you toward healthy coping with these negative emotions and feelings.

Depth Psychology gives an insight into human experiences that focus on your unconscious influences and motivations. This technique uncovers the events and trauma that prevent you from living your life fully.

I also use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy that can heal you from the impact of traumatic events.

These techniques and my guidance will give you a healthy outlook to understand your feelings and emotions. Once we have established the barriers to your wellness, we will find an effective coping mechanism to help you overcome these emotions healthily.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist pursuing a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology. I have been a clinical director of six residential and detox facilities. Empathy, compassion, and continuous communication are the foundation of my therapy.

All my clients receive a nonjudgmental, safe space to share anything, so I can ask the right questions and give them appropriate feedback. I want my clients to feel comfortable in sharing their internal struggles.

I believe in overall wellness and can help you work through your stressors to create a healthy, balanced, and happy life. I am here to answer your questions and concerns.

I have many passions outside of therapy.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends in my free time. I love to hike, swim, and do other outdoor activities to explore the beauty Mother Nature offers.

Traveling is another passion; it helps me gain new experiences and gives me a fresh perspective.
